I found that when i write article headline it shows blinking. But when i write article it does not show that noticeable blinking. what change actually? let me check the top header how it changes? i see saved to disk green button appear.
When i press publish, it opens a publish panel but it does not take me to the top. should i keep it like that?
what does normalize block button do?
